Parking on campus is awful. Since the majority of students are actually commuters, you would assume we would have great parking. However, they allow residents to park in our lots, give commuters tickets when they arent doing anything wrong, and they just dont have enough parking. You have to get to campus at least an hour before your class if you even want to find a spot somewhere on campus.

Old and Slow – The university is still trying to sort out the infrastructure of technology available on campus. The computers in the labs are fairly old, small in number and regularly encounter problems. While I've always been able to find an opportunity to print out class notes or assignments before they are due, I sometimes have to walk across campus to find a working printer. Also, the printers can bog down with numerous jobs. In all, there's plenty of room for technology improvement.

Need to Work on – Marian University is great for their school spirit. The University is one of the top schools in Indiana and can be hard to get into so we like to show our school pride. As far as showing athletic pride, I dont think there is alot of.

I thought parking on Marian was bad. Guess not. While doing research on some of the other local schools such as IUPUI, Butler, and Ball State, Parking there was a nightmare. Parking can be a mint by Marian and Clare hall, but you can easily find a spot on the other side of campus at the Steffen Music Center. I do feel that Marian needs better parking by Marian and Clare Hall.

Weed Is Okay? There is a student on campus who walks around high all the time and will even walk around smoking weed with his pot leaf necklace on and yet, the campus is okay with that. It is sending a message to other students that if he can get away with it, they can come in to their dorm completely plastered and it's okay.

Being a nursing major here is very hard. The proffessors are often not helpful when asking about test and what material will be covered. The advisors can be very discouraging by continually telling you how difficult it will be to get through the program.I'm sure the students will be well prepared when leaving here, there just isn't must support while going through school.

Getting Around Indy – It's easy to get around Indy but there are not a lot of public transportation options.
