Marian is a small private catholic University. It is diverse and welcoming. I feel that I am academically challenged and pushed by my teachers. The campus is perfect size and easy to get around on. The new gym and cafeteria is amazing!
I've enjoyed my experience so far as a graduate student at Marian University. The campus is very nice and the professors are as well.
Marian University has a diverse student body. There are lots of traditional and non traditional students in the nursing program. The staff is very friendly and supportive. They are easily accessible and are willing to talk you through every step of the way.
Marian is a pretty good school, it could use some updates to its older buildings and parts. Depending on what you want to study Marian's professors might be competent or at least a kinda good teacher. But the professsors who are really freaking good are worth more than the less than average.
I love the campus and how diverse the university is. I love how it is a Catholic University because I have gone to catholic school my whole life and my religion is very important to me. I also really love the Nursing program here. It is very hard to get into but once you do the professors are very good at their jobs.
Marian was so fast to reach out to me when I wanted to learn more about their accelerated nursing program, and if you ask anyone in the program probably 80% would say they chose Marian because they reached out so quickly and really 'sold' Marian to us in the first conversation. I am so happy to be a student here and its great reputation has really helped me with job opportunities.
When I visited Marian University, I was blown away by the campus! The staff will go above and beyond to make sure you are happy and work with you to make sure you have everything you need.
Very small school. No scholarship money given to graduate students. Very high tuition for very little benefits.
Marian University provides a very safe campus life. The campus is small enough that everything you need is right there but large enough that it isn't cramped. Campus is always very lively and entertaining. The schooling is great. The professors really care about the student's success in the classroom.
